Our Location in Prescott Valley

We’re located in the Bradshaw Medical Plaza just off North Windsong Drive and north of Florentine Road. We’re just across the street from Windsong Medical Park and the Yavapai Regional Medical Center East Campus. Free parking is available right outside the clinic.

Accessibility is very important to us. All our exam lanes are fully handicap accessible, so individuals with mobility issues will be able to attend their appointments with ease. We also have accessible parking just outside our doors.
